Jokes B4 Blokes
James Mustapic and Lana Walters
"Two of the best young comedians in NZ. Both are very original and genuinely funny" – Brendhan Lovegrove
These two 2016 Raw Quest National Finalists are finally putting their love of comedy before the men in their lives (as they have a habit of disappointing).
James of YouTube's Shorty Street Scandal uses his dry, satirical sense of humour to take his enemies down a notch. Known for sharing unapologetic stories of people who have done him wrong over the years James doesn't pull any punches and treads the line between polite and risky.
Lana genuine bubbliness is infectious; you’ll love her adorable stories about her unpredictable reactions to what life throws at her. Nominated for Best Newcomer at last year’s NZ Comedy Guild Awards, she’s on a steep trajectory.
From stories of one-night stands gone wrong, to trying seduce boys who think they’re straight, Lana and James tell all in a hilarious hour of honesty and taking the piss. As well as joking about their horrific encounters with blokes, they’ll be sharing stories and joking about some of their most bizarre experiences in life - from how it feels being attacked by a magpie, kids who do ‘Road Patrol’, and the woes of working in a call-centre.
SHOW INFO: Age restriction - R13. Occasional language. Adult themes.
